Having received this, one of our experienced Project Managers will contact you to set up a meeting. In this meeting we will learn more about your technology/idea and start a process in order to assess whether it appears commercially promising. In this process we will focus especially on patentability and market potential.
A search in the patent and research literature will be performed in order to evaluate novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability. The search will be conducted either in-house or by a professional Patent Attorney, working in close collaboration with our Patent and Project Managers. The market potential will be thoroughly evaluated through, among other factors important for successful commercialization, customer and competitor analyses, anticipated time to market, available resources and investment needs. time, resources and investments needed.
